Counting Your Blessings
When you are stressed, count your blessings. When you are jovial, count your blessings. When you are somber, count your blessings.
This is not to say that you should dismiss your emotions or replace them with what you are thankful for. Rather, this is to remind you that this life if short, and there are so many wonderful things to be thankful for. In no particular order, I am thankful for my family, friends, sunshine, clothing, iced coffee, music, beach volleyball, kindness, food, and a roof over my head.
